ROVERS AND RANGERS UNIT

"Rovers and Rangers are the backbone of a stronger community, always ready to act, always ready to lead."

The senior section of India's Scouts and Guides is called Rovers & Rangers. In our college, there are 12 Rovers. Out of them, 8 Rovers were awarded the 'Rajya Puraskar 2024-25,' and 4 received the 'Nipun Puraskar 2024-25.' They all actively participated in the year-long training camps during the 2024-2025 session, showing great commitment and dedication. Another unit of Rangers was formed in the 2021-2022 session. This year, 5 Rangers earned the 'Rajya Puraskar 2024-25,' and 10 Rangers received the 'Nipun Puraskar 2024-25.' They also took part in several meaningful events like the state-level rally, Independence Day parade, blood donation drives, and marathons. Their hard work and active participation are truly commendable!

NSS Unit

"Through NSS, we learn that true happiness lies in giving, not receiving."

The college has two NSS units, which conducted several activities throughout the academic year. On August 7, 2024, a one-day NSS camp was organized by the units for tree plantation. The NSS "स्वच्छता ही सेवा", Campaign took place from September 14, 2024 to October 2, 2024, focusing on cleanliness and community involvement. Another one-day camp, featuring 'Blood Donation,' 'and Free Health Check­up,' was organized at the college on December 14, 2024. Additionally, a seven-day special camp was held from January 16, 2025, to January 22, 2025. The 7 days NSS camp was a remarkable displ of dedication and selflessness, where our college and students came together to make a lasting impact on the community.

PLACEMENT CELL/ CAREER COUNSELLING CELL

The Placement and Career Counselling Cell of S.S. Jain Subodh College of Global Excellence is committed to providing possibilities for its students to advance their careers before they leave the college. The Cell's goal is to provide work possibilities and professional training to students. The Placement Cell assists students and fosters creativity through Webinars, Seminars, Workshops, Personality Development Programs, and other initiatives. In this session, Subodh Institution has initiated the Centralised Job Placement Process and for the same the companies like Priyam lnfosystem Pvt. Ltd., LG Electronics Ltd., Class24, Azim Premji Foundation, ACS Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank Ltd., Ebizz Bharat, Anav Clouds, Thrillophilia, Nine Star Broking Pvt. Ltd. and many more have conducted interviews for UG and PG.

ANTI RAGGING CELL

"A little kindness can go a long way- don't rag"

According to the Supreme Court of India's order and subsequent announcement from the University Grant Commission (UGC), ragging is a malignant kind of contact in which newcomers are subjected to psychological or physical torment. The college has an anti-ragging cell to protect students' dignity. To prevent ragging, the anti-ragging squad maintains an active surveillance system on campus. We have zero tolerance for ragging.
